Roadmap to Launch

We are following a strict development timeline to ensure safety, security, and compliance with Google and Apple standards.

Phase 1: Prototype & Design

Complete. We have established the web platform, emergency alert protocols, and agency partner network.

Phase 2: Database Integration (Current)

We are currently migrating our static prototype to a secure Google Firebase backend. This will allow for:

  • Real-time "Urgent Need" alerts (instant notifications).
  • Secure User Authentication (Sign in with Google).
  • Verified Agency Profiles.

Phase 3: The "Closed Beta" Test

In accordance with Google Play Store requirements, we will recruit 25 local volunteers to test the Android app for 14 days. This ensures the app is stable and helpful before public release.

Phase 4: Public Launch

Upon approval, The Purpose App will be available for free on iOS and Android, serving St. Marys, Kingsland, and expanding to Brunswick & Palm Coast.
